We are not responsible for third-party processing systems, delays, or service interruptions.

User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information, all activities under your account, and notifying us of unauthorized access. We may disable or delete accounts for security or policy violations.

Submissions & Communications

When you submit information through forms, event registrations, donations, or emails, you agree that the information provided is accurate, we may use it according to our Privacy Policy, you will not upload harmful or unlawful content, and any feedback or suggestions submitted may be used by the foundation without obligation or compensation.
